Amanda Brugel Joins AMC Series ‘The Driver’ in a recurring role opposite Giancarlo Esposito and Skeet Ulrich.
Brugel will be playing Sister Anne, a tattoo-laden nun. She’s completely devoted to her God and shares a mysterious past with Esposito’s character, Vince.

Besides Brugel and Esposito, the cast includes Paula Malcomson, Bonnie Mbuli, Zackary Momoh, and Skeet Ulrich.

Brugel’s TV credits include recurring roles in Orphan Black, Snowpiercer, and Pretty Hard Cases. Recently she produced and starred in the film ‘Ashgrove’ in 2022.

Produced by AMC Studios, the show is a remake of the British drama series starred by David Morrissey will be in this new version but as an executive producer.

Giancarlo Esposito will star as a taxi driver. Your life takes an unexpected turn when he is hired to chauffeur a notorious gangster; A New Orleans-based Zimbabwean known as “The Horse,” is played by Momoh. This event pulled him into an underground criminal enterprise.

For now, with six episodes for the debut season, ‘The Driver’ will be probably premiering on AMC and AMC+ sometime in 2023.
