Coffee & Kareem Netflix releases official trailer

Upcoming Netflix original comedy film, releases first trailer and reveal release date.

Netflix has released the first trailer for the film, which is a raunchy buddy-cop comedy set in Detroit.
First of all, the script for this Coffee & Kareem film project has been making the rounds in Hollywood for a few years.
Finally, it initially landed on the Black List of best-unproduced screenplays in 2014, and now, Netflix picked it up to develop it.

Michael Dowse ( Stuber, Take Me Home Tonight ) direct Coffee & Kareem to Netflix.
It stars Ed Helms (James Coffee), Taraji P. Henson (Vanessa Manning) and Terrence Little Gardenhigh (Kareem).
Also star Betty Gilpin, RonReaco Lee, Andrew Bachelor, and David Alan Grier.

Coffee & Kareem Synopsis

Twelve-year-old Kareem Manning hires a criminal to scare his mom’s new boyfriend, police officer James Coffee.

But it backfires, forcing Coffee and Kareem to team up in order to save themselves from Detroit’s most ruthless drug kingpin.
