‘Dumb Money’: Director Craig Gillespie’s Movie Adds Shailene Woodley in the Cast
‘Dumb Money’, the new movie from Cruella’s director, Craig Gillespie, has added Shailene Woodley to the cast.
Shailene joins the previously announced cast of Paul Dano, Seth Rogen, Sebastian Stan, and Pete Davidson.
With principal photography on the production currently underway, there is little information about Shailene’s role in the film.
‘Dumb Money’ is based on The Antisocial Network, a book by Ben Mezrich. He focuses on how internet trolls on Reddit faced off against one of the biggest hedge funds on Wall Street.

Rebecca Angelo and Lauren Schuker Blum pen the screenplay with Gillespie’s direction and production, with Angelo and Blum also serving as executive producers.
With produced by Aaron Ryder of the Ryder Picture Company and Black Bear’s Teddy Schwarzman.
Also attached as executive producers are Michael Heimler, John Friedberg, and the author Ben Mezrich; alongside Andrew Swett, Johnny Holland, Tyler, Cameron Winklevoss, and Kevin Ulrich.
