‘1883’: Graham Greene Joins the Cast of ‘Yellowstone’ Prequel Series
Graham Greene has joined the cast of the “Yellowstone” prequel series created by Taylor Sheridan, ‘1883’. Greene featured in “Wind River”, which Sheridan wrote and directed. He is no stranger to the “1883” creator and “Yellowstone” co-creator.

Greene is most known for his role as Kicking Bird in Dances with Wolves, for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.
He starred on television in Longmire, another popular western drama.
Greene was also featured in “Maverick”, “The Green Mile”, “Being Erica”, “Northern Exposure”, “Goliath”, and “Antlers”.
Greene star has been cast as a Crow elder who assists the Dutton family on their journey west by directing them to a place to settle.
Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Sam Elliot, Billy Bob Thornton are among the mainstays of the cast.
Which also include Isabel May, LaMonica Garret, Audie Rick, Marc Rissmann, Eric Nelsen, and James Landry Hébert.
“‘1883’ depicts the history of the Dutton family as pioneers seeking a better life in the untamed west.
The Duttons, like many other Americans traveling west, have nothing and resolve to start fresh on a piece of property far across the Great Plains, despite the hazards involved.
Spotted Eagle, Greene’s character, notices the family moving west and notifies father James Dutton about Paradise Valley, the location of the Dutton family’s enormous Yellowstone property.”
