Lucifer Season 5: Netflix releases an official trailer with spoilers!

Finally, arrived the trailer for Lucifer Season 5.
This time around, giving viewers a look at how all Hell will break loose.

After his recently-declared love to Chloe, the left-for-Hell Lucifer’s apparent return to Los Angeles is a ruse.
A ruse from an imposter in Lucifer’s twin brother, the archangel Michael. Likewise, the trailer makes Michael’s motivations clear

The production on season 5 stalled in April 2020.
However, cast and crew returned to work two weeks ago to complete the final episodes of season five.
Lucifer is coming back to Netflix for season 5 for its first half part, with eight episodes, on August 21st.

Netflix defined season five is set to include 16 episodes.
Highlight for a “bloody” musical number, with singer Debbie Gibson guest-starring as a controlling mother in one episode.

Of course that the core cast will all return for Lucifer‘s new season on Netflix.
Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Rachael Harris, D.B. Woodside, Aimee Garcia, Kevin Alejandro, and Lesley-Ann Brandt.
Tricia Helfer, who appeared as Lucifer’s mother, Charlotte, will also return.
Perhaps the biggest casting news, however, is that 24 vet Dennis Haysbert will be playing God.
It’ll be the first time God has appeared in Lucifer and his presence should make for an exciting dynamic.

Remembering: Lucifer has renewed to season 6!

The official trailer follow the recent announcement that Lucifer has been renewed for a sixth and final season by Netflix.

In the announcement, the streaming service joked that this will really be the end of the series.

The announcement came from the official Lucifer Twitter, which confirms the sixth season will be the last one this time.

The negotiations between Tom Ellis and Warner came to a halt after the actor rejected the latest contract offer.
