Tatiana Maslany, Orphan Black’s star will play the lead role in Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk series for streaming platform Disney Plus.

It’s official. The choice to play the lead character in Marvel’s upcoming She-Hulk series is Tatiana Maslany. She is more known for her work on ‘Orphan Black’.
Jessica Gao, Emmy’s winner for an episode of animated series “Rick and Morty” will be the showrunner.
Maslany has been cast as lead character Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk:
“She is a lawyer who, after an injury, received an emergency blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner. So, she acquired a milder version of his Hulk condition.
As such, Walters becomes a large, powerful green-hued version of herself. However, unlike Banner, she still largely retains her personality, in particular, she retains the majority of her intelligence and emotional control. Although, like Hulk, she is still susceptible to outbursts of temper and becomes much stronger if enraged.”
