HBO has chosen Pedro Pascal, ‘The Mandalorian’ star, to play Joel in the new series, ‘The Last Of Us’
The series is an adaptation of the critically acclaimed video game, developed by Naughty Dog, exclusively for the PlayStation platforms.
The production marks Pascal’s return to HBO, where played Oberyn Martell on HBO’s mega-hit Game Of Thrones.

But Pedro Pascal is not the single former Game Of Thrones star in ‘The Last Of Us’.
Previously, Bella Ramsey, known for her role as the fierce Lyanna Mormont in ‘Game of Thrones’, was announced to set to play Ellie.
The fierce portrayal of Lyanna Mormont marked her acting debut, then with 12 years. Ramsey has 17 years-old today.
After GoT, Ramsey has dubbed the Netflix animation Hilda and appear in ‘His Dark Materials’ season 2.

Besides starring in Disney+’s popular and acclaimed series ‘The Mandalorian’, Pascal played the villain, Max Lord, in Wonder Woman 1984. Currently he in production on Judd Apatow’s ‘The Bubble’ for Netflix.
