The New Mutants: ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street 3’ inspired poster

‘The New Mutants’ had news in your San Diego Comic-Con @Home panel.
The new poster, illustrated by artist Luke Butland, was released in your virtual panel at SDCC.
The director and screenwriter, Josh Boone, said the poster as inspired by A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987).

Previously scheduled to open on April 3, 2020, was adjourned. Subsequently, received a new release date for August 28th. With so many angry tweets complaining about the fact that the film seems on the verge of never coming out.
So while the release date is still August 28th, we’ll just have to wait and see.

New Mutants is directed by Josh Boone, that’s signs the screenplay in partnership with Knate Lee.
Simon Kinberg, Karen Rosenfelt, Lauren Shuler Donner are producers.
And the cast has Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Heaton, Alice Braga, Blu Hunt, Henry Zaga

Synopsis

“New Mutants is an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. Both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive when strange occurrences begin to take place.”
